Fees and Insurance

I have 10+ years experience working with insurance companies and navigating the insurance maze. While I am no longer in-network, I am more than happy to help you navigate your benefits and can usually look up your plan and tell you if you have out of network coverage.

50-55 minute session fee is $200

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit card, checks, and two kinds of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and Ethereum).

I do have eight sliding scale spots, and they are booked through the December 2025. You are absolutely welcome to inquire about sliding scale, especially if you feel my practice is a good fit for you.

For Aetna, Cigna, and most other insurances, I can do the out of network paperwork for you. This is called courtesy billing. After each session, you pay me directly. I can then submit a bill on your behalf to your insurance company and they will send you a check directly for your out of network reimbursement.

For people with Regence or Premera insurance, I can give you a superbill that you submit monthly to your insurance for reimbursement through your out of network benefits.
